In Aug/17, i obtained several quotes to replace my furnace and hot water tank. Hussein from Nor-Can was given the job as he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the product and install.

He spent extra time to answer all my questions to give me confidence about the whole process. They were punctual from start to finish, accommodated my schedule without hesitation. Cleaned up as they went. Hussein was co-operative to re-design old gas piping that was an eye sore from previous lazy installs. I would recommend his company to anyone looking for good price with great workmanship.

This company is the best not only for service but products! In the summer of 2017 we had a quote from Hussein who actually answered his phone on a Sunday. He was prompt and courteous and sold us a Carrier Air Conditioner which he installed without a long wait. Friendly and knowledgeable and performed a great installation from the wiring to positioning the unit. He was awesome and made us feel totally at ease. His prices were great and we discussed a new furnace for the future. During the first cold snap the furnace quit. We called Hussein and no matter how busy he was and being way on the other side of the City he made time and came ASAP. He repaired the furnace and he had the parts required. We know we need a new furnace sooner rather than later but there was no push for this he simply repaired it for such a reasonable price. Cannot say more for this company, the service and dedication to his customers. There is no one else I would call and I would recommend that anyone looking for heating and air service look no further Hussein is the best and a true hardworking person!
